Dreams and Insomnia

About two weeks ago, I had a weird dream or should I say dreams. I found myself in this square-like structure completely surrounded by a wall. It was open space, so there was plenty of room. This structure had no roof. Anyway, I decided to get in my car. I recognized two people, one whom I recognized as a good friend of other and mine I can't really make out. After I got out of my car, I started the engine and accelerated to top speed. My target: my friend and the other unidentified person. My intent was to hit kill them, referred in law as voluntary manslaughter.

That intention wasn't realized because there was something slippery in the murderous path that I lost control of my car and spun out of control. My car and I became one with the solid wall. Somehow I escaped with no injuries.

Fortunately, my friend and the other person were able to escape unharmed as well. So, I had a dream about killing people. That's not good, right?

The next night or maybe two nights after than, I had another usually weird dream. My ex-girlfriend came down from Va. to visit me, but this time she brought her entire family with her. She has four sisters and three brothers including her father and her stepmother so it’s a pretty big group. I can remember is that the entire time, she completely ignored me. What had I done? And how in the world did all of these people in fit in my house, which is no mansion, by any standard. Well, anyway, when I went into my room to find some quiet time, I found her father in my room on my bed having a good time watching television and such. Why was he in my bed?

Two very odd dreams.

Insomnia: a subjective complaint of difficulty falling or staying asleep or poor sleep quality. Types of insomnia include: initial insomnia - difficulty in falling asleep; middle insomnia - awakening in the middle of the night followed by eventually falling back to sleep, but with difficulty; and terminal insomnia - awakening before one's usual waking time and being unable to return to sleep.

Speaking of dreams and sleeping, lately, I haven't been getting a lot of sleep. Well, that's nothing new. I've always had this minor form of insomnia. Some nights, I just twist and turn. Or I would make frequent visits to the all-mighty refrigerator. It's probably stress-related. Everything is stress-related including my headaches. Actually, come to think about it, my headaches for the most part have decreased. It use to be a time where I would have a headache every other day.

You're not the only one with odd dreams.

Last night, I had dreamed that me and a whole bunch of other girls were chasing Benjamin for some reason everywhere... it was really stupid and weird.
And then I dreamed about Jeremy. He and I were sitting on the floor of my school's gym watching this guy named Gage play basketball.
That dream made no sense either, considering the fact that Jeremy would be playing along with Gage and he doesn't go to my school anyway.

I can totally relate to the whole insomnia thing. I've had insomnia since I was fivve.

It really sucks.

About your note:

NO,I don't have Ben's picture on my desktop. Nor Adam's. But they both are included in my screensaver along with everyone else.

You really thought the pictures were good?

Always Yours,
